T.I.A.P.L. History Through Photographs (Photos by Jon Dieges, copyright 1965, unless otherwise noted): A Saanen Goat in Saanen, Switzerland, next to the famous Gstaad Ski Resort, the site of many series of talks over the years by J. Krishnamurti until his death in 1986. |
 For many years the Saanen talks took place inside a canvas tent supported by an aluminum "geodesic" dome; this photo was taken in July 1965.

 In February 1969 Richard Buckminster Fuller, affectionately known as "Bucky," spoke at the Berkeley Community Theater for nearly three hours and received a standing ovation; Bucky owned the patent for his invention-the Geodesic Dome-which is used in many applications such as Radar Domes, Disney Future World, and in the photos here, as a tent for the annual Krishnamurti Talks in Saanen, Switzerland.
